WHO WE ARE

Breezewood Acres is a camping community of about 2500 privately owned lots. The dues for the year are set annually by the Board of Directors. Water, Electric (30 amp. per lot) and the use of all the amenities are included in the association dues; most lots are 40x70 some bigger.

Breezewood Acres offers Recreation Hall activity center, heated outdoor pool staffed by certified lifeguards, a new 30’x70’ pavilion, new basketball court,

new tennis court, softball field, miniature golf court, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, picnic tables, barbecue grills, etc.,

We also have our own fully equipped Volunteer Fire Department.

Some of the summer activities offer Arts & Crafts for the children, weekly bingo, dances with a live band or DJs., ice cream socials, cook outs, potluck dinners, and many other events scheduled by our Recreation Director.

A Snack Bar is located in the Rec. Hall, serving breakfast and lunch during the summer months.

Comfort Stations are located within the community with clean showers and toilet facilities for your convenience.

We also have a septic company for the convenience of all campers to have their holding tanks pumped out. The fee is $27.00 per tank (each time this service is requested).

Breezewood Acres is a gated Community manned 24/7/365 by trained security personnel. Golf Carts and ATV’s are allowed for transportation but must adhere to all our rules and regulations. Speed limits, rules and regulations are strictly enforced.
