Breezewood Acres is a Four season recreational camping community in the Pocono mountains, located in southern Wayne county Pennsylvania on Route 196, 1 mile south of Route 507. We are located just a few miles from Lake Wallenpaupack, the largest lake in the Pocono’s . We are neighbors to Tobyhanna and Gouldsboro State Parks, which together cover more than 11,000 acres of hiking trails, trout stocked lakes and streams, swimming, boating, and many other 4 season outdoor activities.

Purchasing a fully deeded lot at Breezewood Acres entitles you and your guests access to the following amenities ( as regulated by our By-Laws and protective covenants):

• 24 hour gated security office staffed by professionally trained personnel as well as 24 hour roving patrol vehicles.
  
• Newly renovated recreation hall/activity center.
• Heated outdoor pool staffed by certified lifeguards.
• Comfort stations conveniently located within the community with clean shower and toilet facilities.
• Pure well water and electrical service provided for each lot owner at no charge (included in association dues).
• Miniature golf, tennis, basketball, and bocci court, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, and softball field.
